XPS Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mix Packing Associate for a warehouse opportunity in Fontana, California. The Mix Packing Associate will prepare assorted products for processing or shipment. Responsibilities include packing products, checking SKU information, and applying the correct labels to boxes. Accuracy is important because each package may contain different products or SKU combinations.
Responsibilities
Pack assorted products according to provided instructions.
Review and verify SKU numbers before packing.
Apply accurate labels to boxes and packages.
Confirm that products and quantities match the packing information.
Identify and report incorrect, damaged, or missing items.
Prepare completed boxes for the next warehouse process.
Keep the packing station clean and organized.
Follow quality-control and warehouse safety procedures.
Maintain expected accuracy and productivity standards.
Requirements
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Ability to attend the assessment on Sunday, September 6 at 9:00 AM.
Ability to read and verify alphanumeric SKU labels.
Strong attention to detail and packing accuracy.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to perform repetitive packing and labeling tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
