About the role
XPS Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packing Associates for a warehouse opportunity in Fontana, California. In this role, associates will prepare products for shipment by packing merchandise, applying the correct labels, and ensuring each order is complete and ready for processing. Successful candidates should be able to follow instructions, maintain accuracy, and work effectively in an active warehouse environment. A required assessment will take place on Monday, September 7 at 6:30 AM. Work begins after the candidate successfully passes the assessment.
Responsibilities
Pack products securely according to instructions.
Apply labels accurately to packages and cartons.
Prepare completed orders for processing or shipment.
Verify that packages contain the correct items.
Identify and report damaged products or packing errors.
Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
Meet expected accuracy and productivity standards.
