XPS Staffing is seeking experienced Outbound Pickers for a warehouse opportunity in Fontana, California. Outbound Pickers will use cherry picker equipment to locate, pick, and prepare merchandise for outgoing orders. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely in an active distribution environment.
Responsabilidades
Operate cherry picker equipment safely.
Locate and pick products from assigned warehouse locations.
Verify item numbers, SKUs, and quantities.
Prepare picked merchandise for outbound processing.
Stage completed orders in the appropriate area.
Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
Follow order documentation and picking instructions.
Maintain productivity and order-accuracy standards.
Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures.
Requisitos
Previous cherry picker experience is required.
Availability to work the complete Sunday through Thursday schedule.
Ability to attend one of the scheduled assessments.
Ability to operate order-picking equipment safely and confidently.
Comfort working at elevated warehouse locations.
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse.
